Sales associate was nonchalant not too friendly unhelpful. Didn’t suggest or offer any advise as the other associate normally do. I come this store regularly and she was not good associate. Only after i purchased my items and was paying was friendly unprofessional. But I will be returning

I waited at the door like I always do because they stated that was policy but no one greeted me. I shared o was waiting for the directions was to wait before. I Knew what I wanted and explained to the young lady yer she tried to give me something else. I told her I have been here three weeks on a row and lost my charm but I will replace it. I asked her if their were a policy for this it was ignored. I asked about cleaning she asked another sales and I was able to make an appointment. She did was rude but I continue handling my business and left

I am a guy so I do not really understand the whole jewelry thing so to a woman the experience was probably amazing but it was nice and everyone was amazing

The attention was amazing on behalf of the staff, especially Savannah she was helpful but the availability of some item was short and I would like to walk around a little bit more to explore but because of the virus situation I felt like I couldn’t. Even while people is waiting I’ll like that they could walk around just to watch and we are not allowed to

I did go in for a specific charm. I called the store they said they had it i got there a hour later the rep there said it was never in stock, that they've been sold out for awhile. After driving 30 minutes i was frustrated. But i ended up getting a charm i e been wanting for 30% off so that made up for it !

The moment I walked in I tried to walk around the store as another couple walked out and I was stopped by associates concerned about social distance. There was a spray bottle and wipe on one of the displays. Associates made me feel discriminated against.
