It takes a lot for me to be "highly satisfied" I have to receive extremely, outstanding service to give the rating of "highly satisfied " or "excellent" overall the experience was good, no problems.

I came in to shop for my mother who's birthday is coming up. The nice lady Ashely greeted me and asked a couple of questions to see why I was shopping, and sent me right along with a young lady I believe name Paige. Well when I get to her she is not so nice or has the same cheery attitude as the young lady Ashely. It was literally everything I would ask her did they have in store she would respond " I don't know". So I proceed to ask her if I could possibly just order it online again another dry " I don't know. So I didn't really say anything or it pay it no attention, till when I go to ask her okay well can I browse around, OH NO we really not letting anyone browse around. Although a lovely couple where in there shopping and browsing too, that's when I then asked for a manager because I could just tell the young lady didn't want to assist me. I then explain how uncomfortable, and rude I felt as if the young lady was to me to Ashely, so she insist she helped me herself. Made things a bit better because Ashely was kind, but while she is helping me the young lady Paige again just keeps chiming in, "I told her we don't have that" yea I played if off as if I didn't hear.

Tried cleaning bracelet and gave back and not exchanged. Clips came off twice and wanted me to purchase 2 more instead of replacing because I was never told that they come off and I needed a rubber there to keep charms in place. New merchandise is hard to fasten or put on. I spent plenty money to have to lose out. I just wanted a replacement.

The associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. My only concern was it was difficult to move around the case & other customers after completing my purchase and the wait time.

There is always room for improvement. Some charms I wanted wasn’t available. However, the salesperson did a great job in her suggestions of replacement .

Sales associate was knowledgeable of the brand but made me feel rushed to hurry up and purchase. I explained that I live very far away and only get to visit Pandora store a couple of times a year. But that didn't seam to help I still felt very rushed and unimportant despite the miles traveled to get there! There was no line and only 2 or 3 other customers in the entire store. The whole experience has left me questioning whether or not I'll visit this store ever again!

There was a bracelet that was discontinued. I was a little sad about that. The sales associate helped me out in finding something else. Other than that, great customer service.
