The braclet I was wanting was not available

The staff was not eager to help me when I entered the store and being the only person in the store while dealing with COVID precautions I felt they should have been more eager to assist, process me out to keep up with social distancing.

We were looking for rose gold Christmas charms. We were told there ere no new Christmas charms this year and I already had prior charms. The sales lady tried to get us to buy a chain guard and spacers which I also already had. I happened go see the Christmas ornament in rose gold that had a charm inside. I also found the snowflake in rose gold with stones. She should have been knowledgeable enough to offer them to me, not me finding them on my own.

I like pandora but some of the associates are short patient. Some items are not available but advertised. Ms. Monica is the best and most professional sales associate with a lot of patience.

Service was good!

I was looking for a specific charm but this store did not have available. I will return this Friday, the 13th to see if they have it in stock or I'll just order it to be picked up at a later date.

I love Pandora jewelry. The sale associate was very unprofessional I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase.
