The sales girl was NOT AS HELPFUL, as others I have felt with in that store. She DIDN'T offer to put my charms on my bracelet, I had to ask her, she was just ready to ring me up, get me out of the store... She was bothered by me asking her.

There's always room for improvement. I never give a survey the highest. However, I was satisfied with the service rendered.

The service was exceptional. However, it took over one hour to pay for the merchandise. When the Pandora card was processed it indicated a server error. Upon calling synchrony they said it was not on their end. So, upon trying the store verification it still did not work. In the end the problem was synchrony. Pandora is large enough to find a different bank. The synchrony website is horrible as well as this problem which has happened before. I spend lots of money with Pandora, drove 40 minutes each way and wasted one hour trying to pay for the product. You MUST do better, we deserve better service!!!! Please help to eliminate this problem. Get a different bank!!!!!

The associate that worked with me was pleasant but not exactly super friendly or welcoming. I don’t think she sized me correctly either because she asked another associate how to use the ring sizer that you guys have, and then wrote down my sizes, but when I tried them on, none of the sizes she wrote down were what actually fit on my finger. That’s not the end of the world, but I would like to have accurate sizing so that I can know for future purchases and even order online without having to go into the store to try on rings.

This store’s operations seem to be sublime. The associates were friendly and professional. I heard one of them discussing with another member, and this was confirmed during my transaction, that due to the store being run as a franchise that operations cause delays with orders being placed behind regular store orders. Waiting 3+ weeks for delivery of a standard product offered, directly to the store, seems a bit obtuse considering I imagine online ordering to home would be faster. Also, when I purchased a necklace in store they ran out of the large boxes so they gave me a bracelet box and double wrapped the necklace. This is a snake chain necklace so really doesn’t bend well when being double wrapped. I will be asking to get a necklace box for it when I come back in to pick up the bracelet that is taking 3-4 weeks to deliver and hopefully, as a jewelry store that sells jewelry, they will be stocked back up with the necklace boxes. Again, the associates are very professional and I don’t fault them - simply the operational management of how this store is run.

When I first walked in the worker was kind of rude to us, we were just looking seeing what we wanted to buy and she said you can’t just look around. After that she was very nice to us once she found out we were buying something

I was satisfied with my experience overall. There was a lack of the sale items advertised would be my only issue. Luckily I didn't go to the store primarily for sale items and was able to find what I was seeking.

Frustrated with the on line catalog and product descriptions. Found out the products ordered did not work on my wifes bracelet after giving them to her. Since I had a mail order, the store would only exchange the items (which I was fine with), but as a result I could not use the original discount I received. Very disappointed since it was not any fault of my own, but due to poor product descriptions and your "policies".
