The engraving was not going to look centered like the sample pics. The manager refunded me before engraving the tag. You shouldn’t show pics of the engraving if that’s not how it will look in real life. Not happy!

My experience went well. I was not an over the top experience but I was satisfied.

Just the wait just to pick up

I was not highly satisfied bc whn I returned to store to continue shopping one of my items was gone after the association assured me she would put it aside. I had to step away for a moment but I returned to store in about two hours

Prices are high!

Associate at front was not helpful . Associate only greet certain customers and let come inside store. I felt like she was discriminated due to my race and didn’t want her assist me.

They had a large selection of charms

I am satisfied by the assistance that I received, just disappointed at the unavailability of some ring and needed to be ordered. I ended up buying another ring that I liked also.

Took to long to get into the store. they did not have the merchandise that I wanted witch it had nothing to do with a Mother’s Day gift.
