The sales associate was unaware of what she had charm wise The sales associate was pushing ring brackets when I wanted a charm

My Sales Associate, Tiara G., was very helpful, but there was (I guess) a new charm that had no sales tag. I had a time constraint, but she found it. A manager in black dress was helping a customer on the phone and seemed to be in the way; I had to say excuse me. Not pleasant, no smile.

I am not highly satisfied because this location never have a good selection on merchandise

There were not enough people to take care of customers.

This store is poorly stocked, almost never have sizes of rings. I went with my friend and neither one of us bought the rings we wanted. We did buy different ones and are going to another store for the original rings we still need to purchase.

It was very pleasant

The sales associates were very nice and helpful!

I was not highly satisfied due to specific items I was looking for was not available in store and not being able to do a one transaction of item in store and online together
