The experience was not a concern, I was gifted a bracelet and the gold heart closer broke, I was a little disappointed that an even exchange or discount on another bracelet was not offered. I still made a purchase and I am sure I will return.

We did not expect to have to stand in line to see any merchandise. We did not expect to be assigned an associate to work with ‘tho’ she was next available and excellent. All the unexpected situations are probably because we haven’t shopped much in person, not for jewelry at all, and because of the environment of COVID and ‘crash and grab’ in other areas.

It was hard to hear the employee, and I just felt like another customer that she was trying to get through. Multiple times she said she had a different charm I wanted, and then she’d go look and say she didn’t have it. She also offered engraving, and failed to mention it came with an additional price. I would have done engraving regardless, but it just would’ve been nice to know the additional cost before checkout.

The associate the lady with dark hair kinda heavy was not focus on my friend customer service she always distracted looking around paying attention to other associate and not focus and providing attention to my friend my associate who assisted was very friendly and made my experience great, date was Friday December 17 between 12pm-4pm

I had to keep repeating to the associate what I needed to get done. However, the associate was trying to sell me a new bracelet with charms when all I needed was a new bracelet. There was nothing wrong with the charms. Consistently having to repeat myself aggravated me.
