No sales promotion on charms

selection was limited and basically I’d rather order online than in store because of the out of stock merchandise

I am dissatisfied with the sales person. She made a rude remark to my companion and it was really offensive.

There was not enough employees to accommodate for the number of customers in the store.

The service and environment were top notch as always and the associate assisting me was extremely polite, personable, and attentive. The only thing was the availability of items which I’m sure is sure to it being the week before Mother’s Day. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience for placing my order only, to pick up and adding additional pieces in the store.

After a while of looking at different charms, it seemed the associate was a little rushed.

I was unable to use my military discount.

I feel that there should be more variety of products to choose from. And there shouldn't be a limited time on what's in store.

There were several items not available in that particular store.
