The wait time was to long and most of the charms were put away.

I was making a return for a item that broke within six months of me purchasing it

The sales woman I worked with was nice but a little pushy. She was also very vague about prices and seemed like she was in a rush to get us out.

I think that the jewelry is beautiful but a bit overpriced.

We purchased 2 bracelets. Both bracelet’s clasps broke within a couple days of the purchase.

Upon entering the store, I was pleasantly greeted. Catherine was very knowledgeable of the charms and bracelets. She recommended a Jewelry box.

Store very clean, nice atmosphere. Associate very helpful and thoughtful

It’s okay

I was more disappointed that they didn’t really have merchandise. Every time I requested for charms they didn’t have any or they had it but not in the metal type I wanted. There really wasn’t many option to choose from that I liked.

Employee whp assisted me recently just got started workong for the company and the sales lead employee was standing over her finish her sentences while she was trying to speak to me, Making her nervous.
