I love your Sales Rep Monica. She is extremely personable and professional. I travel 80 miles roundtrip to shop at Pandora. I call in advance to make sure Monica is working and able to assist my sister and I. We enjoy our retail therapy at Pandora.

The representative that assisted me was very friendly and helpful during my visit. While I was paying for my ring, I noticed that she was wearing a badge that said she was in training. I never would have thought she was in training because she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my time in the store. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

I was completely satisfied with my Pandora experience because the store wasn't overcrowded. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The inventory was plentiful.

Catherine called me to let me know that due to Hurricame Irma Pandora extended the buy more save more special to FL stores this weekend. She asked if I had attended. I told her I couldn't due to hurricane. She asked if there was anything I wanted. I told her there was & since she wasn't gonna b working when I could get there she placed the items on hold for me to pick up.

Ashley helped me out a lot. She helped to design my bangle. She made great suggestions on charm placement.

I got great customer service. Monica, the sales associate was knolegeable and very kind. The selection if charms in this location is great

Monica was very helpful and friendly when I came to the store this morning. I had my mom's wish list with me and she helped me find the items I was looking for quickly and we chatted pleasantly during the time she rang my purchase and gift wrapped it. Overall, it was a very positive experience and my husband was happy because I found what I needed quickly and was in and out of the store in no time! Thanks so much!
