The sales associate was extremely helpful and organized. I changed my mind at the last minute about a charm selection and she was did not seem phased and continued with the process with the same level of courtesy and appreciated kindness.

Loved that during the busy Black Friday weekend I didn't have to wait 20 minutes in the store on a sales associate when I knew what I wanted. The nice lady took my phone number and I received a text when it was time for me to return to the store for my turn to buy everyone's Christmas presents. I was able to shop for other presents for family members during those 20 minutes which saved me time.
