From the moment I entered store, I was greeted so kindly and much welcomed. The staff was professional, knowlegdable and friendly. They took care of cleaning my items and explained the do's and dont's of Pandora jewerly, which I must say was never explained before. Much welcomed and needed informaton to keep your bracklet in good working order. The associate also shared an upcoming sales event, again good information to know, since I was lookng to purchase more charms. I have marked my calander, that I want miss the promation.
