Everyone went out of there way to help. I exchanged a broken chain and they replaced it with no problem.

I was greeted upon entering and asked if I needed assistance. Joanne was very knowledgable and helpful, but not pushy. I completed my purchase quickly and easily.

This was my first time inside pandora my brother's usually go and pick out my items. As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed which made me feel so good. I said what I wanted and went right and picked out exactly what I wanted I'll be coming really really really soon

I love Pandora merchandise. I have quite a few pieces already. The minute we walked into the store they welcomed us in, even though they were busy there was a sign in sheet. And the time went very smooth. The wait wasn't long at all. My sales person was great. So we're the others as I watched.

The ease of return of a defective piece of jewelry was amazing. Sales reps were informative and happy to return and replace my ring. Would definitely return to that Pandora store.

This was my first visit to the Pandora store, unfortunately it was during the holidays and was very busy however, I was very impressed at how organized the store was in getting customers in and out in an orderly fashion. My experience was a good one and plan on returning in a couple of days. Keep up the great work!
