This was my first Pandora experience as I received a wonderful bracelet and gift card as a birthday gift. Joanne assisted me and patiently introduced me to the Pandora lift style. She was very gentle with showing and explaining the different charms and choices available. At first sight of the charms, it was a bit overwhelming, however when she took the time to show the charms and explained the purpose, it put my mind at ease. This was a very pleasant experience. She even recognized my birthday as I mentioned the bracelet was a gift. Joanne was very attentive to my needs and didn't rush me through the process. While I was uncertain on what charms would be elegant and represent my life story, without hesitation she pointed out some great pieces. Thank you again Joanne for going above and beyond as an employee and a manager to recognize my needs. I'm forever grateful and looking forward to purchasing my next charms to tell my life story.
