Sales associate found the perfect piece for me and was very knowledgeable and service was prompt and pleasant.

The store was very open and easy to move around. There was a pitcher with some beverage being offered. The workers were friendly, and knowlegable. The selection was like looking in the catalogue.

I love pandora bracelet and charms. I have six pandora barcelets from my family and also the new essence rose gold bracelet. I thank they are sooo beautiful 🤗 will be back soon 😍.

The customer service i receive at Pandora is amazing. The staff is always kind and helpful.

I purchased Pandora online and it was fake. The Asst Manager, Despie Burnsed, wrote a letter to my credit card company solidifying that the jewelry was not authentic Pandora. Then sold me a bead :-) The entire process was easy, and stress free. Despie was fantastic.

I was greeted right away. I forgot the name of the ring I was looking for but the sales gal new it by my description. I was wearing some of the Pandora jewelry I Owen and it was admired by the associate and acknowledged as retired and that I had been a customer a long time. She commented that I would be a good ad for Pandora.

The three highly satisfied reasons was : Very friendly staff, promptly solutions to my issue, excellent customer service!! I definitely will shopping there again.
