Monica greeted me immediately upon entering the store. I told her I wanted to exchange a bracelet for a different size and style. I also wanted a charm to complete an existing arrangement on another bracelet. After looking at the charms I had, Monica made a charm suggestion which complimented and balanced the look of my bracelet. I was happy with my purchases and the attention I received in this store. Kudos to Monica and this very nice Pandora location.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. It was my first time shopping there for a gift and everyone made me feel very comfortable. The associate did not force any merchandise on me and made me feel good about my selection.

I enjoyed my sales person, although one lady there treated me like a thief. She watched my every move and assumed I wasn't going to purchase, never judge a book by it's cover.

The service was amazing. I wanted more of a selection but she helped me find diverting that worked for me.

I didn’t have my reciept. But the lady was able to pull up my account and help me find the ring in my size. Very nice people.
