Monica my sales associate that I have used for years is very knowable about the merchandise that Pandora sells. She is always ready to show you new things and always has new ideas in improving the look of my many bracelets that I have purchased from her.

The friendly service I received. So many choices and they were displayed so beautifully. No one was trying to hurry me up to make a decision , everything was explained, my sales clerk was as enthused as I was to be helpful that I would find just exactly what I needed to start my beautiful bracelet.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from the entire experience at Town Center Pandora store. In addition, the store had all the charm options I wanted to purchase. Also, I adored the new charm collections available at the Pandora store.

Sales associate was everything. She helped me in making the best purchase as well as assisted me with an upgrade and a nice pair of earrings to compliment the ring purchased.
