I was greeted when I walked in. I didn't have to wait long. The sale associate was very nice and pleasant.

Even though the store was packed, I was ushered in gracefully and helped (by the store manager) make my purchases. It was a very pleasant experience especially after the last Pandora store I went to didn't help me at all.

I have been wanting a Pandora necklace and charms for some time now and my daughter finally got me one SO I AM A EXTREMELY HAPPY MOM NOW !!!! Wanted to get bracelet next.... Thank you Sandra Brown!!!!

I only come to see Monica and she is always wonderful.. Joanne is equally helpful. They are always happy and very professional. Monica has been helping me since the store opened and love for her to assist. She always remembers me and my family and always knows what is the best item for me to purchase.

Mrs. Catherine was amazing and very knowledgeable on every items item in the store. I enjoyed the experience so much I return the next day for another bracelet.

The store was pretty busy since it’s close to Mother’s Day but the wait wasn’t too long. The store was clean and plenty of merchandise to look at while waiting.

We were shopping for a graduation gift so we needed a very specific charm. We were able to find everything else (bracelet, clip, safety chain...) but not the charm. I do understand it is a time of the year where everyone is buying the same charm, but we would expect Pandora would understand it too and keep a higher stock. Anyway, the sales person was extremely helpful and called 2 other artsy abode stores to locate the charm. It was indeed inconvenient to drive to another store, but the service in Town center was impeccable and the store itself is very pleasant.

I got what I came for. I like that the promotion was a nice travel box. The associate was very easy to do the transaction with.
