Our sales lady was very friendly she was showing us anything we asked for is if it was in the store she was helping us we were also able to exchange something that was outside of the 30 day window because they were purchased in March for Mother's Day in May and they still honor the exchange for us. Are used were gifts and the bracelets were too tight so had to get a bigger size

I received a bracelet as a gift, I didnt have the receipt. After months of trying to find receipt or info on my friend who purchased FINALLY, Joanne the manager was gracious enough to exchange my bent bracelet. She truly went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. She took her time, and even cleaned my jewelry!!! I am grateful!

Was there for a pick up of an item they had misplaced. I was called when they found it. They also honored the price I would have paid on armed forces day.
