Janette was very helpful and made suggestions based on my questions. She was knowledgeable about what charms were available and was friendly and seemed to genuinely be interested in helping me with my selection.

I really wasn’t highly satisfied but overall I was satisfied. The sale rep was rushing me and appeared to have an attitude because I had an refund. I know it was closing time but I waited almost 20 minutes for some help because it was only 2 people and several customers

I was greeted and helped immediately. Catherine helped me to look up a product in the system which i had bought for my girlfriend prior to this visit, that way I could ensure the additional beads I picked out today looked good on the bracelet she already has. The price of the beads I was looking for were significantly discounted (for June, as says the receipt). I was in and out in a very short time with just what I came in to purchase. Thank you Catherine!!

Aside from returning the miss sized bracelets for my sisters; the staff were able to recommend such nice charms that could go with the bracelets. everything went smoothly and efficient. i enjoy my visits in your store, keep up the good work.

As always the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I love the all the products, found green charms to add to my Christmas bracelet. Love being able to play and try different looks.

The store was clean and easy to access. They had a wide variety of items. The associates were very friendly.
