I had a good idea about what I wanted and the sales staff was knowledgeable and showed me my options. Store was not crowded at the time so I did not feel rushed and sales staff had a good attitude and acted like they enjoyed their job! A pleasure to shop there.

I am extremely excited on each of my visits at the Town Center location. Mrs. Joann, Debsi and Tashina always takes care of myself and daughter they are all very knowledgeable and always eager to assist with ideas and pairing pieces together I always walk away with ease and satisfaction of my purchase. I would like to hope that the Town center ladies are aware from Pandora how GREAT they are.

I had to return my bracelet due to damage. I oringinally bought in Jacksonville, FL, the store in Tallahassee, FL (where I live) would not replace it for me, and I got no response from customer service, which I’m completely annoyed about. I had to drive back to Jacksonville, out of my way, just to have this dealt with, which is completely unacceptable.

Sales help very friendly, and knowledgeable. Item was in stock.

The attentiveness of my saleswoman was professional and immediate. She was knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to deal with. Though, the price is a bit much for a frequent visit, I will purchase from this store again soon.
