My husband took me to this store for my birthday. I had lost my pandora bracelet about a year ago. The sales associate was very kind and helpful. She suggested a baby charm as she notice we had just welcomed our baby in the world 6 days ago.

I was highly satified because I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in the door. I had asked one of the associates to put the merchandise that I wanted to purchase on hold, so I just had to walk in the store, they assisted me right away and I paid without and issue.
