Kateryna Z was very knowledgeable in the products. I was looking for a cross charm to place on the necklace I purchased online and picked up in store. She automatically knew what to show me, and it was very successful. She also spoke to me a little bit about the new diamond collection at Pandora, which was very interesting to know about.

The salesperson was very kind and helpful. She gave me so many options of rings to buy and was helpful when I asked her for advice.

While getting a ring cleaning I was telling Erika, the awesome sales woman that helped me out, that one of my higher end pandora pieces was bent and missing a few stones and she informed me of their 1 year warranty which I wasn’t even aware of. I figured I had broke the bank on a ring and just had to deal with the outcomes. I happen to have the ring on me but no receipt and she was able to pull it up on her end and help me with a replacement process. I am totally thrilled and am very much likely to get all my jewelry from pandora. They have an awesome selection and very awesome warranty and cleaning services. Customer for life!
