I go to get my bracelet cleaned and have made it a habit to buy a charm when I go. Jasmin was great about letting me see options in line with my request which was hearts. She was very pleasant and listened well

I placed an order online website said it was available but my order was cancelled because they didn’t actually have it. Maria was helpful and she helped me find the ring I wanted unfortunately not in the right size but she was very nice and made small talk. She was apologetic for the website not being accurate in what they actually have. Which was not her fault. The store looked clean and the ladies were approachable.

Maria help me with both bracelets. She wS very good with helping me design them, friendly and passionate about what she does. You can tell she loves Pandora, knows what she is doing keep her, she deserves a raise. Best experience and excellent customer service.
