I’ve been to this location many times since it open and let’s just say that I only kept coming back because I love Pandora jewelry so much. I’ve had ok experiences in regards to costumer service at this store in the past but this time around I really enjoyed my experience with Tylencia W. she was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She took care of me in a very warm and efficient manner. I was impressed with her because good costumer service is hard to find nowadays. The Pandora’s team is very lucky to have her and I’m looking forward to my next visit.
