The girls working jumped right to helping myself and my friend. One associate saw I liked skulls and went right to a new charm to show me. They also pulled out some rings to try one once I mentioned having bigger fingers.

The store manager was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the Harry Potter charms. I had a time constraint but was able to make a quick decision and purchase the perfect gift, I have always done my Pandora shopping at this store.
