Customer Service Rocks

I had an issue with the on line ordering. I was #19 in line to speak with customer service. I called the Pandora Store in Newington, NH before hours and left a message. Christina called me back, before the store was opened and solved my problem! I drove and over an hour and half to her store to make my purchase because of her customer service! Christina made me a very happy customer. In the future I will make my purchases at her location!

The two associates were very friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering the store. They showed me all of the beads I was interested in and then helped me with my choices. I was impressed that they offered to take the time to reorganize my bracelets to include my new beads.

The sales associate was very helpful, friendly.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Olivia who was quickly able to get me what I wanted. She was really good with showing items she thought I would like. My initial intention was to buy one ring and I walked out of the store with three. Experience was great.

These ladies were great, friendly and attentive.. very helpful. I will go back for more merchandise and because I liked them so much!!
