Walking into the store. We were greeted in a way that felt like we were bothering the associate. Her tone and demeanor was that of someone that had never worked customer service before. We asked to find a matching bracelet to the set of rings and necklace that had been purchased previously. Doing so seemed like a chore to the associate. Not knowing the product line in her store she struggled to find what we were looking for. The only time she “perked up” with personality. Was when she lied trying to up sell us on buying more items. Stating “I have this same set. And I wear it with this and this( other items). Clearly a lie given she said before that she’d never seen that product line and had so spend so much time trying to find it. I get. Up selling it’s apart of the business of retail. But her demeanor and lack of skill at her job made it so we didn’t want to make any purchases that day. If we hadn’t been looking for this particular item. We would have just left.

I bought merchandise and had an issue with a bracelet and when I originally purchased ,there was a problem. I went to exchange it and my email and merchandise was not in the system so now my bracelet is still broken and I am unable to get a new one. I am assuming someone misspelled my name and email is the only thing I can think of. I didn't keep receipt

email i received mentioned a 3 for 2 sale but it was only for pandora credit card holders.

Bought four items in the last couple days. The bracelet was defective in that it had a rough edge and cut my wifes skin. I accidentally threw the receipt away and the manager told me there is nothing she can do without the barcode. I called other stores and they said it is simple to look up the sale with the card I used. I have probably bought over one hundred pieces of Pandora jewelry but will never buy another. I will make every effort to prevent anyone I know from buying your product. In this day of high tech a paper receipt is a deal breaker. Congratulations on getting your last 70 lousy bucks out of me. My mom gave me a silver crown ring as a gift last year. The jewels on the ring keep falling out no matter how hard I try to keep it safe. I never sleep, shower, or work with my rings on so I can’t understand why it keeps breaking. The store in Manchester NH told me that the next time I went to the store that I could exchange it for a different ring. I went to Newington last night which was the 4th time I have had to exchange the ring. The man blamed me and said that if I have had to exchange it 4 times that I don’t take proper care of my jewelry. Like I previously mentioned, I do not sleep shower or work with my rings on. I would like to be able to get a ring for the same price that won’t keep breaking.
