Visiting N.H. and wanted a charm that represented the area. Nothing was available and we ended up choosing a Boston charm with a ship on it. No maple leafs, covered bridges or state charms available. Then when I got home I found the Boston charm for 35% off in your estore!! I live in Montana so no Pandora stores readily available and I will not be returning to N.H.

The young sales girl that helped me was wonderful! But the manager standing next to her, not so much. I asked her about cleaning my rings (I have about 6 Pandora rings) she told me I could purchase a cleaning solution for 15 bucks! No thanks!

The sales associate was indifferent. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted. The associate got it and checked us out. She wasn't overly friendly, but she wasn't rude either.

I told the sales women numerous times that I was just looking. I was with my son and trying to deal with him and also the sales rep that literally followed me around the store constantly talking and asking me what I was looking for. I prefer to shop at my pace, looking around and debating without a sales rep constantly on me. Its distracting enough with my son, never mind dealing with the rep that just didn't understand, "I'm just looking". I was trying to be polite. At the end the other rep helped me when I checked out who was much more understanding and helpful

I bought a bracelet and charm at the Pandora store in St. Augustine, FL in March 18. The bracelet broke near the clasp, upon return in Newington NH I was told it could not be fixed or return as it looked like "normal wear and tear" or the bracelet must have been caught on something. I assured the associate that was not the case but the catch clasp was always loose and needed to be tightened and that may have caused the problem. He would not even give me a rebate towards the purchase of a new bracelet. I was given several charms since then as gifts so felt it was necessary to purchase a new bracelet, however I do feel that the original one should have lasted more than a few months and should have been given at least 1/2 credit towards a new one. Not good customer service, I will most likely travel farther to obtain any new charms or other jewelry before going to this store or brand again.

I went to the Newington mall in Portsmouth. There was a promotion going on for the 4th. My daughter saw the E- mail that was sent with the leather bracelets with charms. So I went to get them. They were out and wasn’t asked if I wanted to order the charms. Or when a shipment might be coming.So I got somethings l hope she would like. I had to go to Jared to pick up the charms that I wanted her from that them.

I purchased a pair of hoop earrings. I put them on when I got home and the posts are way too thick. I wore them for a day hoping it would get better but it didn't. My ears hurt so much right now I can't even wear regular earrings. I was told it was a final sale because they are earrings and can not be returned. Most expensive earrings I will never be able to wear again.

The sales associate was unfriendly not knowledgeable about merchandise . She did not give me any packaging for the two sets of earrings I bought she just stick them in a bag said she had no boxes and she never thanked me for my purchase and seemed in a hurry to get me out of store . I am upset with this visit
