I had a problem with the clasp on a new bracelet The manager was not too willing to extend herself to help. "That was the last one. That's just the was the clasps are". She wouldn't even bother to check if there were other bracelets like that. She just had the attitude that my situation was just the way it was and that's that. This was my second visit to the store in less that a week (it wasn't busy at the time) and no one offered to clean my bracelet even when I mentioned that my bracelet needed cleaning. She even told me the incorrect cloth to use on the rose gold. the sales associate (ERIN, I think) was very pleasant, gracious and cooperative.

The charms in general have started to become lower quality. You are not using real gems anymore. Everything is cubic zarconi. The store is low on inventory. Between old charms and the new ones coming g in June so a lot of the charms I wanted were out of stock or not in yet.

I purchased a safety chain and the first time I took it off the chain came unwound. I felt it didn't really serve the purpose it was supposed to.

Items advertised and displayed with prices "Starting At" are totally misleading. As the items displayed often are many, many times more expensive than these displayed prices. Quality is so, so. I am a man, buying a gift for my daughter. Expected more value for my money. She may be back for more charms for the bracelet I bought. But, very unlikely that I would go.

I went to Pandora knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales girl was not very knowledgeable about the necklace I wanted but the gentleman working with her did. She put the petite charm in the necklace I purchased but I quickly realized it was backward. The last time I visited this store (2 weeks ago) I had the same experience with the sales associates. They might want to brush up on their knowledge of the products they are selling to better serve their customers.

I enjoy sales where I can select the merchandise I like rather than choosing from a select group of items. Also, some items I went to this store to purchase were not available at this particular store.

This was our first experience atPandora. I had nothing to measure it by and felt a bit overwhelmed and rushed . However i had no idea going into the store about Pandora so part of it is on me.
