I'm not sure if it was just the time of the year. Sales Associates were fine, just not as enthusiastic as others at this location.

With only 2 associates, needed to wait for help. When we got an associate finally, she had to help the other associate, then spent 10 minutes on the phone with support for the other associate. Over all, we spent about half an hour total waiting for help....then having to wait for charms to be located to be shown to us.....just not greatly happy with that.

I didn't exchange my item because I didn't have my receipt. There was limited stock on hand

The bracelet I bought the associates had problems unlatching it so I could make sure it fit. I got it on and no I can't unlatch it at all.

It took a while to have someone assist me, and was passed off to another associate to complete my purchase. The check-out took longer than anticipated. There were only two associates in store and 3-4 shoppers.

The prices are kind of steep for what you get. Store was very clean and the staff very friendly. But I also was the only one in the store the whole time.

I feel the jewelryciuld be priced 10-30% lower. I also wish the stores had a wider selection. It would also be nice if there were a few iPads set up for customers to look through digital catalogs.
