I needed a gift for my nieces birthday. I brought in a picture..the item was located and wrapped without a problem.

I made a rash purchase on 10/14. Almost immediately I realized that I did not purchase what I intended to, but instead made the decision on the spur of the moment and I regretted it. Alexander asked no questions when I went back in and asked to exchange the ring and he was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Pandora is a little pricey and I can't afford to shop there often, but I always go back and will continue to do so.
