My sales person was extremely friendly and helpful, she did an excellent job listening to my thoughts and finding the type of rings that matched what I was thinking. I don't live in the area otherwise I would go there often. I will revisit the store next time I'm in the area because I was treated so well!

I wish that we lived closer to this Pandora store, but we were just visiting the New Hampshire area. The best customer service I have ever experienced in a retail setting.

My kids and I visited the store close to closing time but we were not rushed. They even offered to let us stay longer if we needed to. We did make a purchase one night and then came back the next day for more items. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time.
