Quick and kind service even though they were busy for the holiday. I picked a charm out of one of the display cases in the wall and she knew where to get it right away. Knew immediately about any and all similar looking charms and showed me all of them. Very fast and knowledgeable!

Was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the merchandise was in stock. Was happy I could get in and out quickly to finish other shopping that day.

The customer service representative was highly attentive to our needs and immediately found our item. She then proceeded to hand us off to the check out department. While here, I was asked if I found everything I was looking for. The staff at checkout asked if I would like my purchase wrapped. I said yes and they proceeded to wrap the item very nicely. The entire experience took me less than 15 minutes. For a gentleman who is not fond of spending exorbitant amounts of time in a store, this was much appreciated. My wife was pleased with our selection. She loves her Pandora charm bracelet, charms, and earrings. Thank you to everyone involved in this successful experience.

The associate who assisted me was super friendly and had suggestions (of charms) for every request I threw at her. The visit was actually a lot quicker than I had expected because of her assistance. Great customer service even during a busy Saturday before Christmas!

Went into store to do some window shopping and the sales associates showed us several charms and combinations to chose from. They spent a lot of time figuring out what would go with bracelets and pendants while trying to fulfill a promotion. Left with charms that I was very happy with while also getting my promotional item that I wore that evening to an event.

The sales associates were very friendly they all greeted me one after another !! The sales manager was great with the sales and promotions when I asked about them and accomdated the sales a day earlier !! I am very pleased with my purchase and sales associates the day of my purchase !!!

We shopped on Thanksgiving evening. We were greeted by a manager who was taking names as we entered. It insured that all customers were taken in order. Our lovely young clerk said she was a new hire but she worked efficiently and did not hesitate to as for help which was given with quickly. We did not feel rushed but felt we were “in and out” in no time. It was very pleasant shopping experience.
