Great product and great service.

The store was bright and welcoming and I was greeted immediately even though all employees were busy with other patrons. Rebecca my sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with the young lady that helped me out she seemed very knowledgeable she knew what was out of stock and for what reasons show me what I needed to see and we had a nice little sale

I was welcomed when I entered the store and I felt welcomed as well. The store was clean and merchandise was displayed well.

Mayte was the Pandora employee that assisted me and she is simply the BEST! She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very customer focused. She pays attention to my every need and makes great recommendations to accentuate my charm choices. I come to this store specifically to have her assist me. Kurt the manager is excellent as well and makes the customer feel welcome. I highly recommend this store.

I previously purchased a gift set for my daughter. She lost it and was very upset since she loved it. You no longer carry the set. However, you do have the individual items. I explained to Samantha what happened and what I needed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about your product and inventory. She located the earrings and necklace within minutes. She is awesome and definitely a sales asset to Pandora.
