I was at Houston for 2 days break before headback tô Europa. I have a holidays around the Europa ahead I always wanted a Pandora bracelet. I asked the girl about the safety chain and she said that I don't mess tô buy - ibiught 18cm bracelet, love charm of Texas flag - as I was planning to buy charms everywhere I go for this holiday.... The bracelet GONE!!! Opened and GONE!!! I lost the bracelet without reason 2 days after I bought it!! I am wearing another bracelet for 10 years, never gone I am wearing a ring for 15 years, never gone EXTREMELY disappointed with Pandora especially because I always wanted one, I was expecting to always remember my holidays when I look to my bacelet But unfortunately this bracelet what a swell I spend $ 151,55 didn't last 2 DAYS...

I was satisfied with my sale associate (Nissi) but DISSATISFIED with her sale leader Dulce DeLaPaz. This lady was very rude to me when I asked her about the charms are onsale 45%. She threw the book in front off me and told me to look inside the book for the sale items. She was also told Nissi do not take my return, I can only do the exchange and give me the store credit for the additional money NOT CASH. I also left the store without buying but I wanted to report her to Pandora so I then decide to buy 1 charm so I can get the receipt and take this survey. Please train your sale associate to nice and friendly to the customers. Thank You!

First, I would like to take the time to thank Maria for all of her assistance. I apologize if the results of this survey affect her on a personal basis for her performance goals, as they definitely should not. However, the experience I received at this location was sub-par and poor. Upon walking into the store, I was not greeted by a single one of the 5-6 (not an exaggeration) associates working. Granted, most of the individuals were speaking with customers at the time. After browsing the store for a few minutes, I was the only individual in the store and I was not contacted for assistance. After deciding on my purchase, I approached the counter area to ask for assistance from all of the associates that seemed more intrigued with setting up, what I assume to be planograms. Upon asking for assistance, I felt as if I was a bother to them all, as they all looked at each other and whispered among themselves. Finally, Maria was the "unlucky" one to be shoved out to assist me. The sale was quick and easy from that point, as I picked out the items I wanted to purchase and checked out.

My sister bought me a bracelet at the Mall of America location, She was told that it would not be a problem to exchange for a different size without a receipt. We went to the location in the Galleria and was told by the store manager that it could not be done since a sale was going and we would have to come back another day. The sales associate and Manager just assumed we wanted to return the bracelet and get the discount when we only wanted to exchange it. It was very embarrassing and she finally understood what we wanted and did the exchange but noone apologized for the misunderstanding.

Terrible customer service, lady said her shift was over so she had to go and pass us on to someone else!! Was rushed and sold me what they wanted not what i wanted. Bought three different sales and didn’t appreciate me as a customer. Very disappointed

Poor customer service at Pandora Galleria Mall - Houston. The Sales Representative was unprofessional and rude. I was very Disappointed with the service offered by Pandora.

They allowed a customer to skip ahead of me even though my name was first on the list. The sales person was rude and would not tell me which charms were on sale. I had to ask several times to find out which ones were it.

Was a gift do not live in Huston.However the sales girl was so very helpful and patience with me was very much appreciated.

Store is tight. Two people can't fit down the perimeter comfortably. It's also WAY TOO HOT because of the lights. Don't like to sweat as I shop.
