Upon my arrival I inquired as to the whereabouts of the charms included in the promotion. I was shown several charms and selected 3 which would have been 50% off. I always get a paper receipt however today I just had it emailed. Unbeknownst to me when I got home I had not been given any discount and when I called back the charms purchased were not included in the promotion. Very ANGRY as I live 45 minutes away from this store. More at myself for having confidence in your sales person.

The sales person that helped me was extremely rude and unwilling to help me solve my problem. She was talking down to me and it was very frustrating. She was acting like she didn’t have time to help me and just wanted me to shut up and buy something. She was totally unwilling to work with me on deciding a gift for my girlfriend. Will not be coming back to this store solely because of her.

Worst experience of my life. I went to the store located in Houston at the mall Galleria, the assistant was a person named Abigail, I told her I wanted a present for my sister. When I made the payment, I requested a bag with wrapping paper, Abigail told me that I had no right to one because my purchase had been less than $40 dollars. I was very surprised at what was going on, I can't believe that such a big company has these buying policies. I've never had this before. If you are unable to give a bag for purchases less than 40 dollars, do not sell this type of product. They made Me have a hard time.

Sales associate not once did she look up at us when we were speaking or when she was speaking. My husband specifically asked her if she had a specific item in the bag upon handing this to us. She again never looked up and said yes after taking forever to check out. We decided to look once we were out of the store as we had no confidence she even payed any attention and sure enough if was not in there. The stores are far to small for the amount of people that go into Pandora. My husband went back in to inform her and she said I thought yall didnt wany it. He informed her if she would have actually looked up and payed attention she would not have had to assume. My daughter loves Pandora and we buy her charms all the time even overseas when we travel. Will never visit this store again.
