The sales person was extremely disrespectful and rude! I asked for the manager and told me no one was available. Someone showed and was screaming and yelling at me as well! Wanted to cancel my order but was in a hurry to catch my flight.

Store Manager Jeanie Sanchez was rude and stunningly useless. I’ve been a very long time customer. We were having a hard time locating my account and past purchases. Jeanie was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. She promptly rushed to the back room leaving a fresh hire confused and struggling trying to help us. Kennedy W was very patient and understanding and did a great job picking up her manager’s slack and. Pandora could use more associates like Kennedy W and less of the likes of this jeanie character.

I had good customer service and nice merchandise. I’ll go back shop for my mother again. Good clean store

employees didn't seem friendly they were not approachable was not greeted price on the item did not match when it rang up manager was called didn't greet didn't didn't smile no eye contact no apology they seemed disgusted that I was appealing my $5. No thank you come again for this being my first time to Pandora I will not be coming to this location again

There were several associates standing around and talking to one another. Although there was not one other customer in the store, the associates were not interested in assisting me.

The sales person Ricky at the Galleria Mall in Houston was extremely rude, acted as if he was doing me a favor by me purchasing and asking questions. He made it extremely uncomfortable and uninviting for the to shop around. Just because I was in need of a gift I went ahead and shop, but because of him I almost did not want to purchase anything.
