We were in the store early so only one other customer was in the store but there was a delay in getting service. We also wanted to get our bracelets cleaned but were told that this would not be available until January 6th or 7th. This was due to a "promotion". There was a sign posted saying buy one charm get one 30% off but this applied only to certain charms. This is ridiculous! If you are having a sale, you shouldn't exclude some charms. Glad my bracelet is full so won't be buying any more charms!!

La empleada con el número 159947 en la tienda número 0243 Houston, Gallería tuvo un trato que no fue nada amable, se encontraba como de mal humor y como con indiferencia, como si ya estuviera muy cansada de su trabajo y era en la mañana , ya que mi compra fue a las 11:38 de la mañana. No me gustó para nada su trato, la verdad su joyería es hermosa y de excelente calidad pero la empleada Deka H. no hizo un trato de calidad y deja sin ganas de regresar.

Sales person seemed bothered showing me selections. I felt like I was making her go out of her way. Then I just settled on the items and now I don’t even love them.

My bracelet is a little bigger for my wrist, I ask the associate that I need to change for one a title small but she told me because I don't buy it there and I don't have a receipt with me was impossible, for me was disappoint it because all Pandora store I believe are the same company. Thanks

I asked to exchange the charm i've just bought on line, but i got the wrong item.The charm I was looking for was available in the store,I was eager to make an exchange but sale person rejected me.

I do not have to put up with attitudes and personalities of sales reps... they are there to make me feel welcome and if possible meet my desires around Pandora's selling experience. That did no t happen. They were rude.

They didn't have a Christmas angel that I wanted in stock. I don't know why Pandora doesn't don't have a better stock of seasonal charms. I've had this problem before. Also, an error occurred when they ran my credit card and they had to call to get the machine to continue processing and then it wouldn't print out all my gift receipts. Since the associate didn't know how long it would take for her call to go through she told me to leave my merchandise that I essentially already paid for (sale pending in my bank account) and they would call me to come back when it was resolved. I feel like there needs to be a quick response time when associates call for things like this. Technical issues come up but they should be able to be resolved quickly.
