First of all I called twice to verify that the charm was at this particular location twice I was told it was get there waiting line forever outside of the store then when I was able to go in I had to stand there for 20 minutes or so before anyone could address me by my understanding my item was put aside for me to pick up very unsatisfied and one of the sales associate was not only to me but as I viewed others he addressed was not friendly with to customers... I've been come in not to that particular location but to Pandora more than six or seven years and that was the was the worst experience today that I have ever had!!

The assistant manager that day was not very nice. Didn’t really seem like she was interested in helping me out. She seemed to have an attitude or annoyed.

The lady that was helping me at first was nice and all but then she moved me with another lady to help me out and she was so rude she kept rolling her eyes at me I understand that I am young but she doesn’t have to be mean to people she kept rolling her eyes, flickering her eyelashes, and throwing her hair

The sale associate that attended to me was rude. I ask her a for gift receive and she said she could not give it to me because she had done the transaction already , and proceed overall her whole attitude and just mood was not friendly just felt the bad vibe . this is the first time this has ever happen yo me in a Pandora store .

When we first walked into the store there were two sales associates with no customers for the 10 minutes that we were in the store looking around we were neither greeted or asked if we needed assistance. It was maybe 30 minutes before they closed so I understand that they had clean up and put merchandise away but when I'm standing in front of the sales associate waiting for her to help us and not even looking up at me to say hello was very unprofessional. Everytime I go into that location I get treated well. We had to walk out even when I really wanted to get a ring. After coming back maybe 20 minutes later the lead sales associate was on the floor and he was the one that ended up helping me and was really patient with me because I couldn't decide on what to get. Never have I taken a survey before but we were so dissatisfied with the service in the beginning that i had to go ahead and complete this. Hopefully y'all get better sales associates in the future.

Sales person asked if she could help and I told her what I wanted. She pulled out the charms and I barely had time to look at it and she went on to help the person with me and put the charms away that I wanted to look at. She continued to help the other person and ignored me. I stood there with 2 other associates with their backs to me. I finally asked if they could help which one did. That associate was okay not overly friendly.
