I had a charm to exchange that I got as a gift. I already have this charm and the person who gave me the gift I didn’t want to bother them with their information in the system so the associate told me I wasn’t able to exchange it for any store credit because I didn’t have a gift receipt. I was completely embarrassed, he didn’t even try to ask his manager if there was a way around me having to tell the person I was returning or exchanging the item for something else. I found it completely unprofessional. There is always a way to help a customer when I was being honest. A gift doesn’t always have or need a receipt. I didn’t want money back I just wanted to exchange it. I explained this to the associate that it would be a waste because I already had the charm and he look at me and said I’m sorry there isn’t anything I can do. I’m not one to complain, but I knew when I was outside at 11:53am this past Sunday and two associates a women and men were inside the square of inventory staring at us making comments back and forth instead of opening the door right away it was going to be a difficult experience. He also chuckled and said you can come in as he was unlocking the door.

Upon entrance to the store the sale associate act like she was to distracted to help me. Did not answer my question told me to just look at the catalog. I wanted to know what they had in store not the catalog

Only two associates working. The guy seemed disinterested in the long line and poor customer service. I waited in line for over an hour just to get into the store. Once finally in the store the young lady that assisted me was nice but this was a horrible in store experience and I probably won’t go back. Schedule proper staffing for a busy weekend. This was inconsiderate and a waste of several customers time.

The sales associate seemed uninterested in answering my questions. I waited at the door to be greeted like so many times before at other locations and two became available and no one asked. Then someone walked in past me and an associate finally asked if I needed assistance. When I asked to see the mother's charms she only showed me the catalog, shared the sale because I asked for it, and gave me the charm I asked for in my hand and not in the display tray. Finally, when I went to checkout there was only one cashier. I had not planned to go to Pandora so I did not have my credit card with me and I asked to pay with it and the associate said it was too much trouble, and then the other one behind her said that we needed to hurry because they needed to use the register. Overall, I won't go back to the Houston Galleria location as they did not serve me to the standard I am accustomed to.

Pandora in Houston Galleria Mall does not honor discounts for individuals listed on ID.me website as other Pandora stores. When I pulled up the website and asked to see a manager, who she indicated was present in the store office, she refused. The associate manager attempted to help, but was limited for she was assisting other guests. Despite my insistence, the associate rang up my transaction without applying the.proper discount. I will be returning the merchandise today.

The store manager was not helpful in providing a solution regarding my purchase as one of the earrings was missing a post / back and was rude.

the sale advisor didnt seem like helpful, she gave attitude and when i asked to try the item, she was like i thought you gonna take it anyway. she was mean sometimes too. I do like the products and dislike the service
