I feel like the staff need to be more professional. Appearance and in customer service. When I walked in no one greeted me. The process was just transactional didn’t even offer any other charms.

My mother called to have a ring put on hold for her. Luckily I asked what size it was before purchasing it because it was the wrong size. Hopefully they sold me the right size being that the ring is final sale.

I liked the US charm and the price tag was showing $35. But when I was paying, it was $50. Then, I complained about it, and the sales told me that I saw wrong. Then, I asked to talk to the manager of the store, and the the tag was not anymore in the product. I didn’t want to accuse the sales person, so I didn’t insist. So, I decided not to buy the product, not only because the $15 bucks, but I know I was correct.

My mother and I visited the store in the midst of a promotion and discovered we would not be able to have our bracelets cleaned until after 1/6/19. My bracelet was very tarnished after having been stored due to my home flooding during Hurricane Harvey. Both my mother and I (and my daughter as well) have full Pandora bracelets and the service of having them cleaned is appreciated considering the investment. But not having this service due to a promotion was disappointing. The store was not busy when we were there and it is doubtful we will have the time to return in the near future.

The store is very small and there was only one associate taking care of all the clients. I had to wait for long time. I left and came back and still I had to wait.

The sales assistance couldn’t be bothered helping us and didn’t know they had stock of an item we wanted despite being told by another staff member they did

1. All earrings were not on display. Sales associate had to hunt for them in drawers. 2. Sales associate clearly seasonal help. Not knowledgeable at all. 3. Sales associate tried to put two loose earrings in tissue paper. I had to ask for a pillo and a box!!! Not good!!!

There were 3 saleswomen and none of them wanted to attend me because they were entertaining talking.

I know it isn’t so much the stores fault, maybe just Pandoras as a Co., but there’s a new Marvel Box that you only get if you buy 5 charms at one time. I’ve bought 6 total since Marvel charms came out. I feel it should be offered to customers who bought 5 or more total.
