The manger had a nasty attitude and after speaking to her about it she was very nonchalant about it I would really prefer to shop at another location during my next purchase her name was Kennedy

When I first walked in I wasn't acknowledged. I knew exactly what I wanted, and when I noticed others were still trying to figure what they wanted out I tried to get the staffs attention and was told that they were helping another customer. Waited about 25 minutes for service.

Even though there’s a limit to how many people can be in the store, I was ignored for the first 5-6 minutes of being there. What was frustrating is that I knew exactly what I wanted and also that there were 2 associates completely free. They were chit chatting and I stood in front of the case patiently waiting. I didn’t get taken seriously about purchasing until I showed exactly what I wanted on my phone from the website. Also got question when I asked to get my finger sized for a ring... I’d rather purchase online then come into the store to not get questioned about what I was needing as the consumer. Frustrating since I live less than 5 minutes from the store. I purchased because one of my two items were a gift and the recipient was there. If they weren’t, I definitely would have just left.

Pandora used to be associated with a level of service and that has gone away Ok this store there was noise and many things happening with the sales reps and it was just messy

I have exchanged a product s stud earring with another one with the same price but when exchanging in the store I had to pay a difference the online discount was removed when exchanging . If I would have known I would have returnt the product instead of exchanging

Didn’t feel too welcomed to the store but other than that I just showed a picture to the associate and she knew exactly what I wanted.

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly and I couldn’t make up my mind on which ring o wanted to purchase and she seemed like she was getting irritated. She asked me my ring size and I told her I really didn’t know and she didn’t try to help to size them or anything.

The customer service lacked. No one spoke to me until I spoke to them to check out. I won’t return. I will go to my usual store. It was as if I was bothering them to make my purchase.
