Pandora Jewelry

Would like more charm options! Cactus or succulent! More styles of flowers, etc. I am new to Pandora (did not want a traditional charm bracelet) but the selection of charms is small, hopefully will see more variety

I stood waiting for acknowledgement and assistance for a while. When I did finally get service, it was good!! She was sweet, and recommended a perfect charm for me!! I lobe that part!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable.

It seems like she doesnt feel good that day. We gotta ask for everything that we needed. Specially she even made me feel like i couldnt afford things i wanted. But overall the store is nice, everything is organized. And ofcourse she got paid hourly so she wouldnt care much. It's not Pandora's fault so i still give them 5 stars for products's quality

Associate was not very friendly. Two associates were helping one customer (3 on staff) while I was walking around and it took a long time for someone to acknowledge me.

The sales associate seemed very impatient. I kept trying to figure out sizing and she seemed a little unfamiliar with sizing as well so it took some time but I felt rushed. She only gave me 1 box and 1 dust bag even though I bought 4 different rings totaling over $300.

I like Pandora products, all the design is very cute. However, I feel the service is not efficient, and professional. I understood the store was very busy, but there were around 6-8 staffs in the store, and I waited for more than 10 minutes to get help. The price was told differently from the staffs, so I changed my mind while checking out, but the staff seems very impatient.

When I visited different states I'd like to have an option to purchase their tourist charms and that wasn't available. She stated fir the past 4 months and that doesn't make any sense.

I walk in ,stand for a minute noticed two lady’s talking at the front of the cashwrap I had to walk around for a minute until one of them approach me didn’t ask or tru to help me. customer services was poor … I just decided to go to a different pandora store instead..
