Rochelle at the Galleria location was very helpful. I had a bad experience at the memorial city mall location and Rochelle made my experience a lot smoother.

Susanna was extremely helpful she went above and beyond to help me. She was very knowledgeable of all products. She has great people skills. Next time I’m in Houston I will make sure to come to Pandora to shop with Susanna.

Kennedy was so helpful with helping me to chose the right charm for my cousin and she was very sweet

Samira L the manager was very helpful with helping me find the exact charm for my mom’s birthday. I didn’t see the charm in the case but I showed her the picture I found online and she new exact the charm I was looking for and she found it for me. She didn’t stop until she found it. That’s great customer service, especially around the holiday time with everyone trying to shop for their love ones.
