I am satisfied, I’m from Orlando and was on vacation in Houston that’s why I won’t be back or recommend anyone to visit not the next 90 days, in a year in more likely.

I returned a christmas gift that was not of my taste. The manager in the store was helpful and sold me two other charms totaling about $150. I will return to this store in the near future to again buy charms to complete my bracelet.

The selection for essence collections could have been larger. I would like to see more pink items in future. Overall items selected will bring my bracelet to life. Thanks.

The holidays are always a busy time of year, but the store seemed to lack a good process for attending to customers. The store was full and chaotic. People were giving up waiting in line and leaving. I mentioned to an associate that it would be nice if they had an associate tending to those who knew exactly what they wanted so they can keep flowing, and a separate line for those who needed extra assistance. Hope this helps! Pandora is fabulous!

The reason I was not highly satisfied is because of the the salesperson lack of concern for my needs. I understand that she may not be knowledgeable of the entire store but she would say we don't have it and not make any recommendations to meet my needs.

your booklet is too small to see. When i arrived the store i think they do not pay attantion too much to guest. you should give them commission on there sell.
