No se respetaba la lista de espera

When we walked in the store an associate immediately started to help us and then left us taking and went to help someone else. The same associate did that to another customer.

The location was very full and I had to wait about 25 minutes to be attended. The store had little walking room and I couldn't see the displays because it was so full. It started to go faster once all the employees started helping customers.

I had to wait in a very long before I got an assistance to talk to me. The person who put me on the waiting list didn’t help much rather than asking my name and walk away. The waiting list person could have insisted or guide me where to find product on the book rather than walking away.

Very crowded on thanksgiving. Salesperson was new, but nice.

No encontré el estilo que deseaba yaa que no tenía en esa tienda. Al principio fue difícil porq la señorita no hablaba español, pero luego llego otra que si y fue muy amable.

When it’s busy, like the time we visited, the sales associates just stared at us when we walked in the store. They saw us, but failed to acknowledge that we were there. It would’ve been nice to let us know that they will be right with us once they finish with another customer.

I received an email for buy 2 charms get one free but it was not for the US store thus I paid full price for the three charms I purchased. Since I drove 45 minutes to the mall I purchased the items anyway.

It is something new for me. The items are really light The look is nice.
