Several pieces that I was looking for were not available.... not a variety of pieces available

I had questions in reference to the exclusive birthday offer and no seem to know answers and the manager had me calling numbers that couldn’t even provide me answers.

The product is defective.

There was not a large selection of Texas charms and they are going to be discontinued. I was buying these for family members and would've preferred more selection. It would be great to be able to design your own.

Some rings that I wanted to get were not available in my size. Ligyts are to bright in store. I understand it's for attracting people for the shinyness of stones,but in reality on daily basis the stones dont bright that much as in store. Just my honest opinion.

I was satisfied but not highly satisfied because I went to the pandora location to buy two items as a anniversary gift but was only able to find one. They did not have the ring I wanted in size 7 (the most popular size) so i could only buy one item

The attitudes & patiences with costumers needed a little bit more improvement. Pandora products were very well crafted. Other than the attitudes & patiences, everything was fine.
