When I walked in there were three associates not working with anyone. I stood at the counter at least 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help.

I was satisfied with my visit overall. There needs to be a bigger selection of charms. There also needs to be a bigger selection of rings for thr younger customers.

Attitude from sales associate. Didn’t look like she wanted to be there or work with anyone. Was very short with me and other sales associates.

I’m not highly satisfied due to having to come back a 2nd time for an exchange. I purchased the moment pave bracelet and the little crystals are out. So I have to make another trip to exchange.

I love the products, but I think pricing can become a bit expensive. Also, I think you all should offer more promotional sales.

Product was not in stock. This was the second location that did not have what I was looking for.

Once I got home and put my rings on for some reason they were to big

The store in the Galleria is too little and it does not make the customers walk easily through the store. The employees take too long with customers and it have other customers wait for along time.
