I’m not highly satisfied due to having to come back a 2nd time for an exchange. I purchased the moment pave bracelet and the little crystals are out. So I have to make another trip to exchange.

I love the products, but I think pricing can become a bit expensive. Also, I think you all should offer more promotional sales.

The store in the Galleria is too little and it does not make the customers walk easily through the store. The employees take too long with customers and it have other customers wait for along time.
