They should have told me that every Friday has sale. I needed up buying two items for 151 to come online now and they all on sale. I ordered 3 items for the same price,I will be returning to refund items.i brought my best friend for the first time and if I new this I would have told her not to purchase anything until Friday. I am highly disappointed

I understand that COVID is still on which is why you try to limit the number of people. However this causes issues to not only you but me as well because it seems like associates are rushing to get us out the door with a purchase so that they do not lose customers who are waiting outside. It just felt like because of the traffic and the line outside, that by the time I got it it seemed like I only had 5 minutes to shop which I wish it did not feel like that. Also, I understand the high beam lights are there to shine on the jewelry, but it gets really hot between the associate, the customer and everyone else in the store which is a small space.

Was introduced the promotion buy $125 and more get free bracelet while checking out but did not get the explanation clearly. Had a hard time to find how to get free bracelet since I paid more than $125

It was just a bit busy and I feel like the employees could’ve done better at directing people to stay in line instead of them just walking in and skipping the line.

I appreciated the friendliness of all the associates but I did notice that most, while wearing masks, were wearing them incorrectly (i.e. noses sticking out). I’m not particularly offended, but I have a feeling other will. Thanks for all the help!

My first time in store experience was great the lady sisi from the galleria mall she came right to me got to helping me right away she even had my items set to the side when I called it's was great. Thanks you pandora

In December I received my first Pandora pieces, one of which was a bracelet. My recent visit to the store was to return the bracelet because it opened and I lost 2 of the charms I purchased in December. As the Pandora pieces are not moderately priced, having to replace 2 charms in a matter of months was disappointing along with the fact that the defect in the bracelet is why I lost the charms. Given the Pandora price point, my quality expectation is very high. I'm happy to report that the assistance I received from Destiny was quite pleasant. She was very helpful.
